Active ingredient: Saikosaponin, Volatile Oil

Effect: Antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.

 For treatment of cold, fever and following symptoms caused by unknown high

fever: Spirit depressionpoor appetitespiritlessrough quilt hairsneezingwatery nasal

discharge and dry feces. For control and treatment high fever, pneumonia,

 breathlessness of cattlesheepswine and dog caused by various communicable

diseases.

Pharmacological Action :Saikosaponin can enhance the anti- inflammatory

effect of adrenal cortex, so enhance the capillary permeability , promote the

release of inflammatory medium, has the function on inhibitting the leukocyte

locomotion and connective tissue hyperplasia..

Effects of Sedation, analgesic and Antitussive:The sapogenin in Anti-Fever-

Herbs Injection has the function of inhibiting Central Nervous. System and it can

decreace the spontaneous activity of animals and inhibit the conditioned reflex

. In the meantime, saikosaponin in radix bupleuri has relatively strong Antitussive

 Effect.

Usage: Mix with feed: 600g of the product mixed in 500kg of feed, twice a day,

 continuously for three days.
