Feed Enzyme-Xylanase

The Xylanase is an enzyme preparation which obtained from the high cellualse producing microbial strain by submerged fermentation process, it is a kind of enzyme whichdegrades the linear polysaccharide beta-1,4-xylan into xylose, contains endoβ- Xylanase, exteriorβ- Xylanase and xylo-disaccharide glycosidase.

Characteristics

Higher ratio [endo- / exo-xylanase].

High efficacy on both soluble and insoluble arabino-xylans.

Optimal activity at neutral pH, which ensures prolonged action to the substrates in gastrointestinal tract.

Better heat stability, 75% remained in 85 ºC.

Lower sensitivity for Xylanase inhibitors.
